Legal Question in Banking Law in India
we have bought one propertyin year 2010 which was been mortagaged with one bank [say A] with the loan .,support of bank[SAY B] NOW IT HAS COME TO OUR KNOWLEDGE that same property was also made mortagage falsely with third bank with fake documents before our purchase in year 2008;now what is our status will third bank can posses same property in securitisation

The so called mortgage in favour of THIRD Bank with fake documents is no mortgage at all. If they initiate proceedings under the SARFAESI Act or any other Act, defend it stoutly.
