Bounce cheque charges
Can Bounce cheque charges are applicable if the cheque amount is cleared with the same cheque no. after two days by second time present in bank? Also, Is there any limit of bounce cheque charges which enforceable by Bank from customer?

The Bank may be justified in levying a charge at the time of cheque bouncing even if the cheque is cleared subsequently.
You may contact your bank for appropriate information. The amount may be insignificant for any legal steps. However, you may consider filing a complaint with the local Consumer Forum if there is any unreasonable charge by the Bank.

a bank charges on bounced cheques. There is no limit. If the charges are unreasonable, have the account with a bank which on prior enquiry charges the least.
