Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My brother is defaulter in a bank,for which I am not a guarantor,but he has given my cheque to the bank& the bank has filed a case ag me as holder in duecourse ,please suggest me about my defence.

you can plead before the court that you are neither the borrower nor the guarantor of the loan and file a petition for quashing in the high court.
