Legal Question in Banking Law in India
In case of an account styled as "Either or Survivor" if one of the account holders dies, what precaution / documents to be taken /obtained. (2) and what should be done if a cheque is presented for payment Signed by deceased a/c holder Signed before death.

as per law cheques of deceased are not valid but in case its a partnership account, the other partner is equally liable.
