I want a solution about chegue bouns that is 138 N I Act that is it possible that any document is given after a statement of 313 of C P C and how 2) is it necessary to prove debth is taken to complainant

The stages are required to be completed at the stage fixed . Anyway you can apply stating the reasons to Court that you want to lead evidence . Howeever it is discretion of court to allow or not. The presumption under NI act is that cheque is issued for consideration however accussed is required to prove that the cheque was without consideration and there was no legally enforceable debt due by accused to complainant

If you are a complainant and have not closed your evidence you may file any document. If you have closed your evidence then only new facts and circumstances will be admitted.
