Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had cash credit limit with co-op bank,In april 2012 I pay all dues and close account.Then I request to cancell the register mortage of my flat and give back original documents.But they are not co-operating I was shoked when they told me that my documents are misplaced by bank.What can I do in this case.Please guide.Thanks.

you may lodge a police complaint and approach the bank ombudsman. in case your grievances are not redressed, you may file a complaint before the consumer forum.
