Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i am a cashier working with pvt bank. made a third party payment though slight signature mismatch. now the customer is lodging a complaint against us. accusing by intentionally fraud by bankers. kindly advise.

As long as there could be some similarity in the signatures, you cannot be accused of either complicity or negligence
