Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have taken a CC from a national bank under C.G.T.S.M.E. But at present I am unable to pay. Because I have lost every thing in stock market. What kind of step may the bank would take against me? And what is the recovery. Kindly guide me, at present I am very much close to suicide.

bank may take every action against and you commit suicide it is against your successor, it is better to consult with lawyer or with me to solve your problem
