Legal Question in Banking Law in India
The check that i had given to one of my family member on account of mutual dispute settlement, bounced due to insufficient fund. The reason being I lost my job in the recission and am surviving on my savings. They have now filed a case for check bounce.
Please advice a way out. I am in desperate need of help.

There is no other way but to contest the case. After seeing the case paper then only I can say that how to defend the case.

you may contest the case and request the court that you unable to pay due to lost job and can only pay in instalments.
