Checque Stop Payment
Even if a check shows returned from my account because of a stop payment will it be reported to Cibil?

What is Cibil?
You are liable to make the payment and may suffer prosecution under N.I.Act for check bouncing.

you cannot stop payment before informing the payee otherwise the payee can file case u/s 138 NI Act.
