Legal Question in Banking Law in India
on a cheque book it is clearing mention that one has to take care of the cheques/book. my question is can any one deposit cheque as security with or without sufficient fund in the account No.

yes it can be deposited, but no liability will be under 138 of negotiable act. it can be used for suit for recovery only
