cheque bouce
can i use bounced cheque again, & if again bounce can i use in legal action on 2 times bounced cheque

sure ..... no problem till its limitation expires which is 6 months from the date of issue of cheque

yes, if six months period from the date of cheque has not expired.you may institute legal action on second time dishonour of cheque.
