cheque bounce
my cheque had bounced which was given to me by my company. what legal action can i take

first try to take money by talking on phone and if they dont give then redeposit the cheque and take action under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act 1881.
issue notice and file case but take care of technicalities.

Initiate proceeding u/s.138 N.I.Act but prior to that serve the company with legal notice which is a precondition for proceeding u/s.138 N.I.Act.
