Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i got a cheque bounce twice from a builder who was suppose to return back my money. i want to lodge a complain against him. Tell me how to proceed on this.

Send him a notice within 30 days of reciept of information from the Bank of bouncing by giving him 30 days to return the money . After 30 days of not recieving the money you can file a complaint brefore the court undr section 138 of negotiable act.
