cheque bounce case
sir my father has face a cheque bounce case that she have now any information . after somtime that i have know that the non bailable warrent has issue against my father . she was scared. when i have take the some information that the person who file the case is died and his case was cancelled for a unkown reason that i information from court . can the case was closed. and that case have any problem create in my grand father property partison.

The closed case may have no relevancy in the matter of property partition.

We cannot say from here as whether the case is closed. You can check the same in the court. Further, cheque bounce case has no bearing on your family parition.
