Cheque bounce case
Sir,
i am taking amount from bank rs.50000/- for this i am giving my post dated cheques, and i am unable to pay the amount and my cheques are bounced, now the bank has put on me case of n.I.138 act,
give me a solution please.

when you take loan you are bound to return it with interest agreed . Better settle the matter with bank as concession if any can be there it would be from bank
