Legal Question in Banking Law in India
cheque bounce
complainant unable to prove delivery of goods, in court, he was having a blank chq which was to him in security, he filled that chq and get dishonoured, in court he stated that this chq was filled before him by accused where writting in the chq is not of accused, he has not shown some demand draft credit in his account which are paid to him before demand notice and filling of complaint. pls advice
