cheque bounce
my father has given a cheque of 80000 and 40000 to the two different person as a securiy . one a person should doing a submit a cheque for a withrawl but the cheque bounced so that they do a case and other person have not do a case.due to that matter i cannot have any notice from them. after 10 years i knows that one person who case is dead , and his case was rejected , i think that i have not take the notice or other unknown reason .Did 10 years ago did both of them and there family should do any case or any compensation or objection in our grandfather property converting to my fater name or what can i do for the property of my grand father to me . and my cousins.

The ten year old money transaction by your father may have no relevancy at this stage in the matter of your inheritance.
