Cheque Bounce

my friend taken approx 3 lac amount loan personally due to his grand father was ill. He given me a blank cheque(no name and amount) only signature. It is comfirm that this cheque is belong to his account. and signature is accurate.

now he is not giving me amount and telling ''you do as you can do, I will not return you amount''.

So, sir what can I do in this situation. will you suggest me, how I appear my request to court and approx how much time consume it for clearance. please help me.

fill the amount in it and get it bounced and then issue notice and then on non payment file the case.

take care of technicalities. though it will take some months to initiate but it will get ur money back.

the law presumes that your friend had given you a blank cheque knowning fully well and aware of the consequesences of such cheques - and that he is liable to honour the cheque for the amount it has been deposited!

consult a good lawyer!
