Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Regarding Cheque bounce
Hi All,
I had given some money to my friend and three payments was in cash which now accounts to Rs 65000. For returing that money he has given me the cheque which has bounced due to insufficiet funds. Two times i had received the cheque and both times bounced for the same reason. Can i take any legal action against him as i don't have the receipt of giving him the money. Please advice ASAP.
Thanks
