cheque bounce
My party has given me cheque of my payment due
on him.But when i presented the cheque it got
bounce and memo says that insufficient balance and
the cheque belong to some other person(servant of
the party).What remedies are available to me,please
suggest

you may file complaint u/s.138 N.I.Act and also recovery suit.

You can file a case u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and also u/s420 IPC.

You have got a strong case.
Approach a local lawyer in your town and ask him to file a case u/s. 420 of IPC and you may also file a case u/s. 138 of the NI Act.

you can file both civil and criminal matter against the person
in criminal u can file compalaint u/s 138 NIA and in civil u can file civil recovery
