Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Cheque Bounce
I got a salary cheque from my employer after alteraction and i left the job. The cheque bounced and even after informing him about the same he says he wont pay my salary and is saying that take the cheque after one month or so. Though the amount is not big but still what are my low cost legal actions against him?

It is better to followup and take cheque or cash as the amount is small.
