Cheque Bounce
Hi Sir,
I am to get a cheque for a an amount of 60,000 for a date 15 days from today. Sir can you tell me of what are the legal actions to be taken if it bounces??

In the meanwhile get a book on Negotiable Instruments Act and read the sections beginning from 138 and proceed accordingly.

You can file a complaint u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act and depending on facts of your case can file civil case and/or under sec 420 IPC.
