Legal Question in Banking Law in India
after cheque bounced, within 30 days notice has to be given under section 138. within 30 days notice has to be sent (eg by speed post), or is it that notice must be recieved by the drawer (a pvt ltd co in this case)?

notice is to be sent at the last known address and non receipt of notice may not be fatal to the case.
