Legal Question in Banking Law in India
The cheque is bounced issued by me, I've asked citi bank about the reason, they said sign was mismatched. but I've always transferred the money by cheque to my other account with same signature and it cleared easily. First I want to know the charges of bounce cheque on my and on the payee. The other thing can i reclaim the charges.

You can file a complaint to the Banking Ombudsman, if the demand on the Bank for damages for wrongful dishonour of the cheque issued by you is not properly responded by the Bank.
