Cheque bounced
I was issued a cheque by a person and when i tried to encash it, they said that the account does not exist.

Collect the bank memo.If 15 days from the date of dishonour has not expired then serve a legal notice through Advocate and there after file a complaint u/s.138 N.I.Act.

send a notice under sec. 138 and if no reply file a criminal case under nia act.

if a cheque is returned for any reason .. u can file case under section 138 ipc
ur case seems to be a little bit different ...... contact me for better guidance..... dont file the case only under section 138 NIA
