Re: Cheque bounces

The stop payment of cheque is no solution. You may consider out of court settlement of dispute amicably. The payee may be entitled to recover the cheque amount in accordance with law including launching of criminal proceedings under the Negotiable Instruments Act.

Re: Cheque bounces

Better approach them cordially and work out a compromise. Otherwise you have to face court cases. No escape route.

Re: Cheque bounces

Hello.

GOOD MORNING!

Instructing the stop payment of the cheque is not the remedy.

I would advise you to meet them personally and show the facts and discuss it with the help of some mediator.

In case of need please contact alongwith the details.

OR

Mail me in case of futher query.
