cheque bouncing charges on diference of signature
am having salary a/c with HDFC bank amravati Branch as if thier is un-sufficient fund in this ac , but my siganture also dosen't match as per bank records . So is bank authorised to charge me the cheque bouncing charges??? Pls let me know

the bank is entitled to debit cheque bouncing charges for any cheque returned for either insufficient funds or signature not matching. Check up with your bank.

Yes, the Bank may still debit charges for cheque bouncing unless you have lodged a case of 'cheque book stolen/lost' and you claim that the signatures are forged by person not known to you.
