Does cheque drawn on an account declared NPA is dishonoured attracts criminal liabilty u/s. 138 of N I Act

any return of cheque for insufficiency of funds can attract an action under Sec.138 of the N.I.Act whether the debt for which it was issued is a live or NP account.
