Cheque Expired
I had got income tax refund cheque. However, it was received pretty late and the validity is expired now.
How do I get the money?

You may apply to the authorities for renewal of the cheque.

Did you submit the same in your account if not so submit the same if bank does not accept the take a copy of date of receipt from the local post office and approach the concerned income tax circle office a put a letter stating the facts your problem will be solved immediately .

You have to go the the income tax department and get the cheque revalidated. For the process of revalidation you may contact your local tax practitioner
