Legal Question in Banking Law in India
what to do if a cheque issued to me bounces,(for the good he has bought from me)(can he ask me to take back the goods?)(my bill mentions good once sold cannot be exchanged or returned)and i dont know the drawers address?what is the next step i can take,(if i know only his phone number)....

You may obtain drawer's address from the Bank and initiate appropriate legal action.

After getting drawer's address you first need to serve him a legal notice through an Advocate. If you don't receive the amount of cheque back within stipulated period, you should proceed with a Criminal Complaint u/s 138 NI Act.
