Legal Question in Banking Law in India
A cheque was issued on 3rd Dec 2009 when the person was alive to a person but the peron who issued the cheque died on 9 th dec 2009 the cheque was encashed on 29th dec 2009 . I it correct or not Please clarify

The drawee of a cheque, issued by drawer before his death, is entitled to encash the same after death of the drawer.
