cheque presentation
can a cheque or an ecs be presented befor the due date ( if the due date is a holiday )

a cheque would be encashable only from the date that is written on it till 6 months.
encashment before the due date of payment is not possible!

if you mean date of its expiry then answer is yes
if u mean presentation before the date of cheque then the answer is no.

No. It has to be presented on the next working day and not before the date.

No.The instrument becomes negotiable only on its due date.
