Legal Question in Banking Law in India
does a cheque when presented only once in 6 months validity time, and bounced, makes it valid for another six months , without any further endorsement from the issuer or the instrument has a fixed time limit of 6 months ??

Hello,
Validity of cheque is six (6 ) months.
You can present the cheque multiple times within the validity period.
