Cheque Return
A Cheque was return by the Bank with the reason ''Funds Insufficient''.
Actually my day opening balance was 10,000/- while I have issued 50,000/- on same day I have deposited 80,000/- transfer cheuqe in my account .
Bank had return the cheque my issued cheque Rs. 50000/- with reason ''Funds Insufficient'', without verifying any amout going to credit or not.
How Bank justify this act ?
Which law protects them

your question is not clear and the thing u are telling seems incorrect. contact with correct facts.

The act on part of bank is unfair,malafide.You may approach Consumer court and can claim damages and can also file Suit for damages in civil court.There is no law to protect the said illegal act of the bank.Go ahead.
