Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have got some cheques from my husband as alumni. However, he didnt intimate to deposit them yet neither contacting me. These are US cheques. If I deposit and if bouces, would I be able to take any legal action? However, while divorce it was mentioned that I have got all promised amount as mentioned
