Legal Question in Banking Law in India
if chq date is 30-Feb-2012 received in clearing can bank clear this chq . i guess there is circular of RBI or as per NI act Bank can clear this chq considering chq date as last date of month and clear on or after 1st march

even post dated cheques can be cleared by the bank.
