Legal Question in Banking Law in India
My name is in CIBIL ( Credit card defaulter list). The bank representatives threatens me that my passport will be impounded. Is this doable?

threatening is different and seeking such court order is different. the order may not be passed without giving you an opportunity to defend your case.
