Legal Question in Banking Law in India
One of my client has an outstanding amount overdue of rs12lacs,we have his bounced cheque worth the same amount,how can we legally deal with this guy inorder to get back our money as soon as possible

in case the cheque is dishonoured due to any reason, you may send him a notice for the payment within one month of bouncing of the cheque and thereafter, you may file a criminal complaint u/s 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.
