company issued 4 cheques of Rs 212500 each, two cheques cleared & two cheques bumps for account closed.Can I claim money & how?

You can file the suit for the amounts for which the cheques bounced. You can also prosecute the company and the Managing Director or director, and or Manager of the cheque who is in charge of the day to day administration of the company under Sec.138 of the N.I.Act.
