Legal Question in Banking Law in India
What are the consequences if someone states afterwords that the letters signed by him were blank papers when he signed. in other words the signatory is saying that he signed the blank papers and the contents have been written by the holder afterwords.

It is for that person to prove that he signed blank papers and somebody else filled up the contents.

it is all a matter of evidence. however, in case the executor admits the signatures and not the contents of the documents, the onus to prove the contents lies on the other party.
