Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I was an contract employee for 2 years and i made an permanent officer in state bank of india. The Management and association also absorbed us as permanent officer. Now the problem is one of the clerical staff of sbi has filed a case against as i.e he as appointed on 2008 now he has the right to become officer. If the contract employee become the JMG officer then we dont have the opportunity to become officer. So, he filed a case that we came by back door entry so we should not be taken as permanent officer. In our offer letter given by the Zonal office is stated as PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR APPOINTMENT SHALL BE SUBJECT TO THE OUT COME OF WRIT PETITION FILED BEFORE THE HONOURABLE MADRAS HIGH COURT. SUGGESTION

request your Officers' Association to intervene in the writ petition and oppose the same. If they don't agree, collect friends similarly situate like you, approach M/S. Row & Reddy or M/S.iyer and Dolia or any other labout law firms to file an intervention application and fight out your case.
