conveyance allowance (riksha charges for out door duty)
sir.I was working as regd. despatch during 1984 to 1988..I was alloted regd.delivery duty..at that time bank had not paid me conveyance charges..riksha charges..only rs. 25-was paid pm as conveyance charges which was not as per the rules.since prolong time I have submitted complaint up to top management..but all the chain of management and union do not come on paoer and no reply..what steps now necessary?

when was your last complaint after 1988. Only 3 year limitation given by the Limitation Act to calim such conveyance through court. If there is no claim after 1988 then you cannot claim the dues from your bank

Dear friend,
I'm really sorry to say that unless you have some document from your employer which says "we will pay you soon" or something like that, I am afraid that I cannot help you. One possible way to frame the claim is by saying that you are raising it within 3 years of your retirement, but you are not clear on that aspect in the question.
