Legal Question in Banking Law in India
can a corrigendum be given if notice u/s 138 has been wrongly sent to the accussed for ten days instead of 15 days.
Further in case notice is served in wrong name, can corregendum for change of name be also sent.

No need to send corrigendum, if the demand is made for payment within 10 days instead of 15 days.
If the notice is addressed to the wrong name and if the 30 days period from receipt of intimation of bouncing of cheque has not expired, you can send the notice to the correct address immediately.
