Credit Card application is denied
Hi, I had applied for the credit card in HSBC bank. but they have decliend my application. i asked them the reason on what basis they have decliend my application. but they refused to share that information. Is it possible to get that information according to RTI Act as i want to know the issue which they had with application.

well why u are so serious about the HSBC card.
leave it there are so many banks giving cards. i am not sure but u can apply RTI

if its policy decision of any bank to issue you or not the same to you. If your creditworthiness not established you can't compel the bank . However if you establish the discrimination in similar cases you can file a suit before Consumer Court
