Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I had been given a credit card from my first company in 2005 credit limit was 15000. Yest i got a call from a police commisoner stating that i need to pay 163000 towards the credit card or else they will arrest me. Could you please help in finding a way out.Im ready to pay the money but such a huge amount..

Do you think its police commisoner job to give hreatining calls... some one must have made you scare.... just approch the respective co and ask then that you are ready to pay the amount and have a talk with them...
