credit card payment

sir, i'm financially in a critical stage and what wil hapen if i do not pay my credit card outstanding? i don't possess any land or property but my parents. I'm working in pvt ltd company.

The issuer of the card if it fails to recover by visits of their recovery agents, can file a suit against you and attach the eligible portion of the salary by sending a prohibitory order through court to your employer and to you

They may by a suit against you recover the amount.

They may recover the amount by way of civil suit.Property of your parents is not liable for any prosecution.

You should contact the Bank and go for a settlement with their legal advisors or the concerned department.

You wont get remedy on lawguru for this as you have to pay the bank amount or face the court.

that depends on how much is the amount u dont want to pay. if its small then it can be avoided easily but if its big then it will be hard to avoid but that can be done too.
