If my husband had deposited his own business income in my bank account.
and transfer to his bank account later using my cheque book with my signature.
in such case, can i claim such amount and complaint to police.

your cheque book with your signature. If signature were your genuine signature, then you cannot claim such amount. But, if your signature were forged by husband, you may file a complaint and claim the money too
