Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Rajiv Gupta,
Hello Rajiv Gupta, this is Gaurav Vernekar my case number is (S000149367) I had taken the personal loan in the year 2007 for Rs.27000/- approx with EMI of Rs.1800/- per month tenure was for 24 months.
But due to financial crisis, i am not in a state to pay my dues. I had paid the EMI for Rs.1800/- for atleast a year. Then i told them that i want to settle my dues with minimum amout, but they were not ready to do so. Then i sold my flat, as i was jobless & shifted my residence.
From there onwards i did not pay my pending dues.
