Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Dear Sir,
I am working as Banker ,I have credited a wrong account with amount of Rs. 40,000 through NEFT. on my own behalf and customer has sufficient balance in his account . what are the options to get my money back from him the customer is from another Bank

you can issue him a letter to return the money wrongly credited. For your mistake, you have to do this. If he does not return the money, you have to file suit against him and attach his credit balance in the other bank by issue of garnishee order by court.
